I had high hopes for this property but was let down by the filth. The toilet rim was black from neglect. There is also mold on the tiles, dust on the wall above the bed. I bought bleach to clean it myself because I couldn't find housekeeping and when I finally did he looked at it flushed the toilet and left without a word of apology or willingness to clean it. The irony is there are countless visitors waiting to check in. Sadly, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel. Albeit, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The location is good. Near LRT Plaza Rakyat & MRT Merdeka station. The room was quite small. You can hear people talking, laughing & coughing from the room next door. And the they only provide 2 pillows and the pillow was too thin. I had to put towel underneath the pillow to make it comfortable.

Locations easy found. Hotel exterior look nice. Inside very old. Reception was friendly. The room have alot of things missing. Room tissue not provided. Drinking glass 1 big 1 small. Toilets was Simple no tooth brush. Only local TV 3 channel. No Chinese Channel / CNa channel. Need to adjust to a normal standard, so can attract more customer. I feel if upgrade a bit . I would like to come again to stay at this hotel. Sakura elite. Thanks looking for improvement. Transport to Genting and KL airport nearby.

The hotel location is good but the room size is not enough for solo travellers. Just like horse stable.

Well, it’s a budget hotel. The interior is old, and there are cockroaches. If your room is next to the road, you will hear a lot of cars and motorcycles noise. BUT if you don’t mind any of these and rather wish to save money, it could be a great choice for you given the location is next to Petaling street and Jalan Alor.

Cleanless ok but room is very small and paint drop everywhere no door closer,no door luctch,mini bar not cleaned.inside got spoil ice cream box may be more than 1 month before housekeeping never checked.Room 517
