Lovely, peaceful, beautiful lodgings. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and views at the restaurant. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Hotel offers plenty of tour options. I highly recommend this hotel for couples.

I really do not like leaving a bad review but there are some things than need improving. Place was nice but just didn’t seem kelp up too well. The lobby smelled like sewage and we had no hot water to shower. Rooms have no clothes storage for the most part. Corners of room and bathroom dirty. Maybe it was just our room. People were friendly. Would not go back. Food was ok.

Basic Hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Very good pool. No gym. Beach has excess seaweed as it is on the northside of the Island and I don't think this can be helped. Restaurant is very, very poor. The Italian one next door is outstanding, wish I knew this at the beginning of my stay. I would not have had any meals at the Ocean Side restaurant. I ended eating every meal at the Italian restaurant once I discovered this. For the price this Hotel was a very good value, if you need to be on the North end of the Island.

Beach was beautful. Staff very friendly. Pool was very cold. Food was not the best, not much variety for all inclusive program. Bar area was nice however, quality of liquor left much to be desired, unless you wanted to pay extra. Why do you need to pay extra if you paid for all inclusive? No Baileys Irish Cream. House tequila was disgusting. Overall just average.
