The Location is fine, only 8 mins from train/bus station by foot, we arrive at 9 pm dark at night so I took Uber only 3 mins. Excellent environment, very clean, highly recommended.

Generally a good stay and nice hotel, but when checking out and in a rush to catch a train, the staff did not know and could not even confirm I had prepaid our stay. I had to show them my booking which wasted signifucant time. I would have thought they would know such a basic thing.

Best hotel around the town, thermal complex in the closest neighborhood, clean and huge pool, nice staff, gorgeous nature from the outside jacuzzi. Highly recommend

A 5 star hotel with no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful, about 7 to 10 minutes walk from Zakopane train station. Grand lobby and spacious hotel room. Definitely recommended to stay.

We had a quiet and peaceful stay in Zakopane. It’s further away from the main streets but within walking distance. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The sauna is well maintained. The only defect is the water temperature of shower in our room: it wasn’t very steady. But in general it was a lovely stay!

The location of hotel is ne’er to market but the breakfast not tasty also pillow was very small and not comfortable.
