Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Zakopane

15 minutes walk to train station and major business area. Amenities are fantastic with swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi (both indoor and outdoor with fantastic view), sauna, gym, spa and bars. Got a little treat if skipping the housekeeping service.

One of my best stay in Poland. Love everything especially the view and the spa facilities. Staff are well performed. Would definitely going back

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a billiards area, a gym, and a playroom for children, which made the stay enjoyable for both adults and kids. We also really appreciated the availability of drinking water stations on every floor. In the lobby, there was also regular water and detox water available, which was a very nice touch. The restaurant offers a good variety of food options. However, there was one issue with our breakfast order: we ordered a vegetable omelet, but it was served with ham mixed in with the vegetables. Since we specifically ordered a vegetable omelet, we believe the ham should not have been included unless requested or clearly mentioned on the menu. The only major downside for us was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to the standard we expected and could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has many wonderful features and great facilities, but improving the cleanliness and paying more attention to special food orders would make the experience even better.

Good location hotel not that new, expensive breakfast good for a few days more 4 stars than 5

The Location is fine, only 8 mins from train/bus station by foot, we arrive at 9 pm dark at night so I took Uber only 3 mins. Excellent environment, very clean, highly recommended.
