The location is right next to Toyosu Market, and it's much more spacious than central Tokyo. Public transport isn't super convenient; you mainly rely on the Tokyo BRT bus to Shimbashi Station to transfer to lines like the Yamanote Line. There's also the Yurikamome Line's Shijo-mae Station right outside, and direct buses to Ginza are an option.
The room facilities are generally excellent. For Tokyo, the room is quite large, and the bathroom is pretty luxurious. However, I went to the rooftop onsen for a soak, so I didn't really use the hotel's shower much. The downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear cars from downstairs. Also, for such a high-end hotel, it's a bit disappointing not to have tea bags or coffee sachets in the room.
The rooftop onsen is really good. It has an outdoor bath where you can enjoy the Tokyo Bay night view while soaking – a very pleasant experience to have in central Tokyo.
Breakfast cost an additional 3800 JPY, and I had it for one day. It mainly features seafood bowls, with a good variety of options. I'd say it's good, but not amazing. The service was decent; check-in was self-service via a machine, so I didn't interact with staff. For check-out, I needed to pay for the extra breakfast via Alipay, so I went to the front desk to handle that.
