Five-star review! Everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding amenities. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, even the corners were spotless. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a great night's sleep. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, always ready to help promptly with any needs. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, with stable hot water and internet. A very enjoyable stay, worth coming back to, and highly recommended to friends traveling.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and even had a private balcony. There's no restaurant or breakfast service at the hotel, but there are several supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient for grabbing supplies. We particularly loved having a washing machine – it's a real comfort to be able to wash clothes daily, especially when you're on a long trip. As for transportation, there's no metro station close by, but the hotel offers a shuttle service every hour to Taksim Square and Sishane. We were driving, so transportation wasn't an issue for us, and the free parking at the hotel was a huge plus. The only minor downsides were the weak water pressure in the shower and some noise from the road and a nearby school on one side of the hotel. Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul!

Had a very comfortable stay with thoughtful service. Although there isn't a large shopping mall nearby, there are several convenience stores within walking distance, which was quite practical. Definitely recommend.
