The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and even had a private balcony. There's no restaurant or breakfast service at the hotel, but there are several supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient for grabbing supplies.
We particularly loved having a washing machine – it's a real comfort to be able to wash clothes daily, especially when you're on a long trip.
As for transportation, there's no metro station close by, but the hotel offers a shuttle service every hour to Taksim Square and Sishane. We were driving, so transportation wasn't an issue for us, and the free parking at the hotel was a huge plus.
The only minor downsides were the weak water pressure in the shower and some noise from the road and a nearby school on one side of the hotel. Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we return to Istanbul!
