The hotel is a great stay for families and group bookings. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall a good hotel and value for the money I paid  . Only they don’t allow a 1 hour late checkout as occupancy was full . But 2 hour late paid checkout is allowed. Had a tough time getting a taxi today and using uber is the recommended option . Hotel shuttle to Taksim and Galata tower is good. With regards to room supplies only water provided  and no  tea /coffee. Carrefour across the street is the better option for supplies at walking distance .

Very nice apartment. Convenient to have a kitchen, and washer/dryer. The balcony was also nice. Location was good. Lots of nice cute local restaurants and markets for groceries right beside, behind it.  They have a free shuttle 9-9 everyday to and from Takism Square which also was very nice.  The gentleman at front desk very polite and helpful, the handy men ( my tv needed to be rebooted) they came within 20 min. Lovely cafe in the lobby with large selection of coffee stead, cookies, sandwiches. Went there every morning. Very inexpensive. The homemade cookie, size of a dinner plate and fresh Carmel latte to start my day. $185 lira.  I would highly recommend a stay here. I’ll definitely be going back with friends.

Better than expected stay. The place was very clean, bed was comfortable and the internet worked well. The kitchenette was quite useful as well. The location isn't perfect, but the free shuttle to Taksim does improve things a lot. The internet also worked fine in my experience. Staff were also friendly and helpful enough.
