Atour Hotel (Chongqing Guanyinqiao Ziwei Road)

The front desk service was great. The hotel itself is very nice.

Live cockroach in the room, staff took half an hour to handle it.

Whenever I travel to a new city, Atour is my top choice. The front desk staff are always so kind and thoughtful, like a sweet niece. The rooms are clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, and the pillows are great. We had an early flight at 7 AM, and they even prepared breakfast for us, which was a very considerate touch.

The rooms offer good privacy and the environment is excellent. The breakfast, especially the congee, was delicious. It was comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and thorough. There's a gym and a laundry room available. For this price point, it offers great value for money. I got a membership card and will definitely be staying here frequently for my business trips.

The room was decent, and the breakfast was delicious. The robot delivery service for takeaways was quite convenient.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway station. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, especially the freshly made noodles. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time, highly recommended!

Overall, the hotel is quite clean and tidy, and the service attitude is excellent – they proactively greet guests. The front desk staff is also wonderful! The hotel views are great, and the atmosphere and fellow guests are all very pleasant. The sofas on the first floor are also comfortable. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!

The room was very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and they even helped me retrieve a food delivery that was sent to the wrong address and brought it back to the hotel. Thumbs up!👍🏻

I always choose Atour for my business trips, and I'm always satisfied with my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, and the robot delivery service is super fast.
