An old hotel, but with charm. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Right next to Entrance 2 of the Park, what more could you ask for? And I even got to see the classic cars arrive for the Balkan Rally!

The room was clean. Next door to the gate 2 of the park. The hotel restraunt was serving excellent food with good price. One episode is I was waiting at the.busstop to Zagreb, a guy in uniform approachrd me and demanded my passport and searched the pages. The hotel facilities are a bit old and partially renovated. The pool is more like a public bath, but the sauna after sightseeing was nice. It's the best location for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park, just about 3 minutes from Entrance 2. Especially if you buy a ticket (you can buy it anywhere) and use it today, then tell the hotel, you can get free admission for an extra day tomorrow.
