Fiap Paris

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is good, and so is the price. The breakfast has become a bit simpler than before, but overall it's good that it's included. A downside is that there's no fridge in the room, and they don't allow eating inside the room. However, there's a cafe downstairs and a large inner courtyard where you can sit and eat if the weather is nice.

The hotel's proximity to the metro was a plus, and it was relatively clean. The mattress was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh. There's no air conditioning, but since it wasn't hot during our stay, it wasn't a major issue for us. However, in warmer weather, this could be a significant problem. The soundproofing on the floor was very poor. What bothered us most was the constant noise and commotion from the street (garbage trucks operating, loading/unloading, nightly shouting, yelling, and altercations near the hotel). We were on the 6th floor, and it was still incredibly loud.

It turned out there was no refrigerator. And in the evening, security was like a Cerberus. Although, who would want to go there without a purpose? The internet is crap. There weren't even any glasses for dental kits in the bathroom or gel by the sink. I had to climb into the shower stall to get it.

The location is good and the transportation is convenient. Although the room is small, it is fully equipped.

The residential area is safe and a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The staff is professional. The breakfast is good.

Weak hotel. I can't recommend it. Expensive and not nice. More like a hostel
