HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts SHENZHEN BAO'AN

My boyfriend and I had a truly memorable stay at the HUALUXE Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town, and the overall experience was very comfortable, definitely worth noting. Upon check-in, we were assisted by Manager Haiyu. She had a wonderful attitude and a very sweet smile, and the process was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning was quite thorough. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, directly overlooking the sea. The breakfast also deserves praise; there was a wide variety of options, and the food tasted great – very satisfying. The ambiance at the lobby bar was decent, though the cocktails we ordered weren't quite to my personal taste. (That's just a preference of mine). Overall, this stay was comfortable, and the service, room, and views were all satisfying. If we get the chance to visit this area again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

I booked a 2-night package in advance for Chinese New Year, and for Shenzhen, it was excellent value for money. Facilities: The new Chinese-style design is quite new. Cleanliness: The room was clean. Environment: Easy to get to by car, with parking available opposite the hotel. Service: Warm and attentive.

This design-led hotel was a deliberate choice for our stay, and it truly lived up to expectations. The design is fantastic, and our child absolutely loved it. I particularly want to highlight the excellent service from Yang Fei, the hotel's loyal customer manager. We mentioned a minor issue, and she proactively came to speak with us during breakfast to resolve it. Her prompt service was truly impressive and a pleasant surprise. Despite the small hiccup, it didn't detract from our overall stay at all. The service was absolutely superb!

The cleanliness details were impeccable; the entire place was spotless. There was plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff was always available when called upon and thoughtfully offered free luggage storage. A perfect stay!

Facilities: Well-equipped, very new, up to five-star standards. Hygiene: Good, promptly cleaned, and spotless. Environment: The environment is decent, quite reassuring. Service: Service is acceptable. Warm, attentive, and patient.

My first encounter with Hualuxe was in Xiamen, located in Haicang District. It was a pleasant surprise; you could see the sea, and the staff were helpful with luggage and service-oriented. I stayed for three days and had a great time collecting hermit crabs at Wuyuan Bay Park. This time, I decisively chose Hualuxe Bao'an. Although it's a bit far from the main attractions (a taxi ride usually costs around 40 RMB, or 9 RMB to Bihaiwan metro station, which connects to many tourist spots), I chose it for its proximity to the airport. Plus, paying a similar price to a budget hotel in a bustling area for what feels like a five-star hotel is quite a good deal. If someone expects luxurious super-five-star accommodations at this price, they're being unrealistic, and I have nothing more to say. I feel the price and the hotel perfectly meet my value-for-money expectations. The breakfast offers everything you'd expect, though the noodles and bread were a bit 'off'. I thought there was no bread on the first day and was puzzled, only to find out later that all my favorite items, like baguettes, were there. Many five-star hotels are only at this level, not to mention older, established hotels in bustling areas are often much less pleasant. This one is relatively new. The coffee and tea bags were also quite good. The service was pretty good; check-in was fast, and the staff were service-minded. The front desk staff, named Taxue, was very responsive and acted like a dedicated butler, truly outstanding! 👍 The only downside: there seemed to be no exhaust fan, and the windows were fully sealed, but the room overall felt fresh and didn't bother me. High-floor rooms facing the road offered sea views, but there was some noise from passing vehicles at night. Light sleepers might want to avoid rooms facing the road. There was a faint renovation smell in the hallway, but it wasn't strong; I'd suggest placing air fresheners. It was a very happy three-day stay. I cautiously booked for one day initially, then confidently extended my stay upon arrival. Very happy and satisfied! Keep up the good work!
