Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit mehreren Saunen (eine war außer Betrieb, aber es waren immer noch 3) Leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, schade, dass es kein Abendessen im Hotel gibt (Restaurants ca 15 Minuten den Berg hinunter fussläufig) Einziges Manko: die Massageliege ersetzt leider keine echte Massage

The hotel is very stylish and blends perfectly into the landscape. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The mattresses are excellent. It's a shame that there was no service at the pool; at check-in, it wasn't explained that you could borrow pool towels and bathrobes... Normally, these are posted in the room. We also found it a shame that the bar was only open for two hours. I think the hotel still has room for improvement in the service area, but these may just be teething problems. We would definitely come back.

We spent a weekend at this hotel. It was a very nice hotel with excellent amenities, from bathrobes to bed linens, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious! It made a lasting impression! The surroundings are fantastic! We'd love to come back!

Inhumane behavior and failure to provide assistance at the Hotel Bergblick Dear Sir or Madam, I experienced the most inhumane thing imaginable today. My ten-year-old son had surgery at the hospital today. After the doctors discharged us, but advised us to stay nearby on the professor's advice, we booked the Hotel Bergblick. Around noon, I called the hotel, explained the situation to the lady at reception, and asked if they had ice cream, as the doctors recommended my son eat it. When we arrived, my son's circulation was so poor that the lady at reception immediately laid him down and gave him water. But then she informed us that children under 14 were not allowed in the hotel. I begged for permission to stay, as we are from Austria and my son is in such poor health. We would stay in the room and leave immediately the next morning. But the hotel manager categorically refused and demanded 250 euros from us. I have never experienced anything so inhumane. This was clearly a failure to provide assistance. What's particularly outrageous is that the booking confirmation doesn't mention this ban on children, nor is there any clear information on the website. This is not legally permissible, and I have already passed everything on to my lawyers. I am deeply disappointed and shocked by this behavior and would like to warn other travelers so that the same thing doesn't happen to them.
