設施：酒店內部設計可愛，以長頸鹿為主題，到處 都有它身影，適合家庭親子游，酒店內設有親子遊樂城堡，園區有遊樂場，體驗感滿滿，深受喜愛
環境：距離入園很近，1樓可以泡温泉，房客可提早半小時通過快速通道入場，園內環境優美
服務：從入住到離店，全程微笑服務，連搞衞生的叔叔和阿姨都很有禮貌，優質服務
餐飲：酒店設有自助餐，剛好同行有團友生日，有五折優惠，同行也打了85折，早餐可買團購券，自助餐品類多樣，滿足拜訪來八方來客的口味需求，附近也有很多農莊選擇，在酒店門口打滴滴也方便
動物互動：園區內有很多可跟動物互動，花錢投喂也值得
本人少少建議：最好在酒店內設定一間清遠家鄉特產商鋪，方便遊客選購帶回家

房間的空間足夠大，孩子有足夠的活動空間，床也很大，還有管家貼心服務跟提醒，早餐跟自助晚餐非常豐富，觀鹿平台環繞着酒店內，很是方便，還有室內超大的遊樂場，非常漂亮，非常適合帶孩子一起遊玩。

服務：由於不能單獨點評園區，衹能寫在點評酒店這裏了。着重投訴的是森林王國。第一，有研學團，成羣的中小學生去郊遊之類的，也沒通知提醒，要不可以避開這一天。美其名曰研學，其實就是玩。什麼小劇場、遊樂設施、小火車（請參考下圖小火車，你們看住客怎還怎麼坐），一個班一個班的學生往那一佔，老師還帶頭去搶座位（老師還提前去排隊佔座，有幾個像校領導的人，我一問是不是公費旅遊，嚇得沒影了，我看這就是公費旅遊），酒店住客根本就沒幾個位置。管家説住客是優先，事實就沒優先。提早一個小時去排隊都差點沒上去。第二，服務人員態度極差。12月17日上午10點半旋轉木馬工作人員，一個一歲半的寶寶，就一個座位，我們要多坐一圈，趕我們走給研學的人讓，還威脅説不走他們就不開。第三，園區給住客9點半提前入園，但大多數項目11點才開門，沒什麼意義，下午6點就閉園。正常入住下午3點到次日12點，你們自己算算能在園區玩多久，嚴重影響體驗。其實硬件設施都不錯，演出人員也很投入，酒店親子的用具都很人性化，温泉加野生動物這個搭配也很好，但園區服務太坑了。

房間很新，會員也有升級，管理很規範，酒店內神樹樂園和温泉都夠孩子玩很久。還有近距離接觸長頸鹿場所。園區內很多動物都是散養，可以靜距離接觸，適合低幼，很多幼兒動物很可愛。總體體驗感很好

由於酒店是新的，所以設施和衞生是不錯的。但酒店的服務就一般般啦。
1.我在攜程訂房的時候看到加嬰兒床是免費的，但我check in時問前台，前台説他們不提供這樣的服務。
2.等前台check in發現有生日禮遇，我並拍下照片，要求12月8日做個生日佈置，最後工作人員説忘記了。我要求要個小蛋糕意思意思，他説準備不了，我説要個果盤，他給我幾個水果，皮也不幫我削。最後我看一下我拍的照片，其實我所謂的要求本來生日禮遇就有的。
3.我們去温泉，服務員幫我查詢我是否套餐有包含在內，他一邊查詢，我一歲多的孩子一直跟他熱情的打招呼，他一眼都沒看過我小孩，更不説沒有迴應了。
4.晚餐自助餐和早餐自助餐的區別就衹是多了個刺身，如果不是套餐包含的就真不用專門去買。
5.園區比較偏僻，如果要出去吃個好點的飯，一般都要開上至少25分鐘的車
