The room is nice with hotbath outdoor. The environment is nice. The view is good. Dinner is nice and traditional breakfast is worth to try

We were wowed during our stay. The private onsen was so enjoyable for our family of three. Sitting in the onsen and enjoying the view with birds chirping, is so relaxing. Our dinner was so exquisite and delicious. Service was professional and the shuttle to the hotel from train station was such a great welcome as the walk can be arduous with luggage.

I don't usually leave reviews on Google or elsewhere, but I'm leaving one because it was just so good!!! My husband and I visited Hita, and I was really worried because there weren't many reviews, but as soon as we arrived, my worries vanished. First of all, the view is amazing, and all the staff at the ryokan are incredibly kind. It was my husband's first trip to Japan, so I'm so relieved that he got such a good impression. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Hita! Also, the female station attendant at Amagase was so, so, so kind. I even wondered if all the Japanese people staying at Amagase were friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Ukiha is a nice little town. The people are very kind, the hotel food is good, and the public bath is decent, with both indoor and outdoor facilities, and it's not crowded. The details are well done; it's very clean, and they clean and resupply it daily.
