We booked this Riad as it had pool and was close to main square. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The manager helped us on our first day to plan our days and recommended routes to take around the city for each of the visits we wished to take, advising us on restaurants and lunch spots. We had a family room and considering how close it was to the centre it was very quiet, clean and everything worked. Breakfasts were huge way too much food for us. It consisted of Moroccan fried breads, pastries, fresh fruit juice, pancakes and tea or coffee. For me it lacked fresh fruit/eggs and despite asking for this they didn't seem to be able to provide it, either through a miscommunication or just their small kitchen was unable to cater in this way. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed it for what it was but be aware it's more of a plunge pool after a hot walk around the city. It's small and very cold.

Staying at this Riad definitely gave us the best possible experience of Marrakech with a mix of feeling safe as the entrance door had a code combination lock on it which a lot of the other Riads didn’t have. Being right in the heart of Marrakech meant it wasn’t much of a walk to get to any of the places we needed to get and we only had to get a taxi once. The staff are all so kind and will help with any issues you have especially Yusuf, he was very kind and helped us a lot and even showed me around Marrakech on his bike which was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I believe this is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to go out every day and come back to the Riad to rest as the Riad is not a place to really have your whole holiday staying inside and I believe that’s why the WI-FI not being great isn’t really a big issue, I had to sit in the lobby area to get good WI-FI which actually turned out to be great as everyone was so friendly and I talked to a lot of people. It was always very clean and the breakfast was also delicious which made the early mornings worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering to go to Marrakech.

Amazing find!
I cannot fault this hotel! We arrived very late after a delayed flight and one of the team came to meet our taxi and walk us to the hotel. We were offered a drink despite the late hour. We were upgraded to a suite for the first couple of nights. When my son became ill, Mehdi and his team were so kind and helpful - true hospitality and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is just 3-4 minutes walk from Djemaa El Fna and with walking distance of many of the main attractios. Breakfast on the roof terrace was amazing and plentiful. Spotlessly clean - the hotel is a credit to the whole team!

Riad reformado, limpio y con buena piscina. El trato fue estupendo, por parte de todo el personal, y muy atentos para todo, ya que llevamos a nuestro pequeño de 3 años. A diferencia de otros riads la calle en la que está es muy fresca, y eso se nota en las tardes acaloradas, ya que se forma un microclima, algo muy importante con 42 grados fuera. Desayunos estupendos también! Volveremos

Une très belle découverte au cœur de Marrakech. Le Riad est rénové, magnifique et particulièrement propre ! Le gérant nous a donné pleins de conseils sur les restaurants des alentours, les musées à visiter et les excursions. Ces précieux conseils nous ont permis de passer un séjour agréable et serein. Le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et permet de bien démarrer la journée sur le beau rooftop : jus d'orange pressé à la minute, vienoiseries, Pâtisseries locales, fruits... Le personnel est adorable et souriant. Je recommande vivement !

Amici italiani : evitare questo posto! In 8 giorni in Marocco non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, eccetto le ultime due notti trascorse in questo riad. Ci ha ‘accolto’ un dipendente della struttura che penso non abbia dormito per l’intero weekend, anzi , ha creato un microclima nella sua maglietta. Quest’ultimo è stato scorretto e ‘molesto’ nei nostri confronti, arrivando a non servirci nemmeno la colazione ( già pagata ) nonostante fossimo tutti presenti a 10 minuti dalla fine della stessa… e servendo un ritardatario di un altro tavolo di fronte a noi ! Il popolo marocchino è stato fantastico, ma a quanto pare non tutti sono uguali. A livello di pulizia, non so , abbiamo fatto il bagno in piscina con un bello scarafaggio 😍. A mai più
