Snow Valley was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip. The scenery is absolutely stunning—surrounded by snow-covered mountains, clear blue skies, and a peaceful winter atmosphere that feels like a fairy tale. The accommodation was cozy, warm, and well-prepared for the cold weather. Inside, the room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and good heating, making it very pleasant even when it was freezing outside. Waking up to snowy views right outside the window was truly magical. The outdoor area was equally beautiful, with unique wooden structures and seating surrounded by snow, perfect for photos and enjoying the quiet nature. It felt calm, relaxing, and far away from the busy city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organized. If you’re looking for an authentic winter experience, beautiful scenery, and a peaceful escape, Snow Valley is definitely worth visiting. I would highly recommend it and would love to come back again.

The accommodation has a beautiful view, and each unit is private, not attached to others. The breakfast was decent. Service was good. Other food ordered from the accommodation was generously portioned and delicious. However, the bathroom had a urine smell from the moment we checked in. There's a free hot spring activity and complimentary Dongbei jackets available for photos.

Overall I am satisfied with this hostel. Like: - Location is good and not far from the center. It is also near Xin Yue Lai playground. - Breakfast is basic but very salty - Very nice view and scenery - There is an English speaking staff which is very helpful. Dislike - Villa 13 is just right for 2 adults and 1 kid. We only have 2 carry-on luggages and already have not much space left to walk around. - The drinking water provided is limited (we stayed 3 days 2 nights and got 12 bottles for free). After that they are charged at 2 yuan per bottle. - The check out time is 10am which is too early and inconsistent with the information provided in the platform. However we managed to get late check out.

This was the most satisfying part of our trip. The exterior of the villa is absolutely beautiful. Waking up and drawing back the curtains to see the rime ice up close was magical. In the evenings, after a good meal, we'd join other guests for bonfire dances. Later on, you could even sing on the main stage. The audience was full of hype people, so even introverts could let loose and have fun. The front desk staff and the aunties who work there were also incredibly chatty; sitting on the heated brick bed and talking with them felt just like family. I immediately recommended this place to all my friends planning a trip to Northeast China – it's truly a hotel not to be missed.

No welcome whatsoever. After checking in, I had to drag my own luggage to the room. No one offered to help; the staff just stood there, looking and smiling, without offering any assistance. There were also no activity recommendations. That's enough for me. I stayed here for two consecutive years, but I won't be coming back again. #Villa 4

I liked it. The service was good. There are activities at the resort for an additional 150 RMB. Breakfast included rice porridge, boiled eggs, and other Chinese dishes, plus easy-to-drink soy milk.

The room was quite spacious and clean, but the heating was insufficient, especially in the shower room which had a window. Even though it was closed, it still felt noticeably cold. This was the only room out of five nights where I didn't dare to shower. I specifically booked this place to avoid sleeping on a 'kang' (heated brick bed), but due to the poor heating, I had to use an electric blanket, which made my mouth and throat dry, just like sleeping on a 'kang'. The room facilities were also very old, and the curtains were too short for the windows, leaving half of them uncovered, making it impossible to sleep in late. There was virtually no service either; the phone number on Ctrip didn't work, and the online customer service on other platforms was unresponsive. It's definitely not worth the price; I wish I had just booked a 200-300 yuan 'kang' room instead.

The accommodation has a great atmosphere and is very close to the activity area and restaurants. It's clean, and they even have a bidet spray, which is a nice touch for Thai people. Excellent!
