The hotel room was clean and had a large window, making for a very comfortable stay. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel is located right in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Chunxi Road is within walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even offered warm ginger tea during check-in, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's incredibly close to Chunxi Road, just a few minutes' walk away. I booked a family room, and it was spacious enough, completely smoke-free, and very quiet. There was even a desk where the kids could dutifully do a couple pages of homework, 😈 – fully equipped for families. The hotel service was excellent. We particularly loved the laundry pickup and delivery service, which saved us so much time washing and drying clothes, allowing us to head out and enjoy ourselves easily. The lobby's guest relations manager was very warm and friendly. The front desk staff also attentively responded to our needs. The hotel's efficiency is impressive. I must also mention the hotel's breakfast; it offered a wide variety of options. If you're short on time, you can try many local snacks right there at the hotel.

The room is big and clean and has a full fledged equipments. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The front desk staff help us manage our parcel and explain to didi call centre agent to claim back the extra charge from our trip. Overall, an extremely good stay and we would definitely come back to this hotel again!

Chengdu was great, and the hotel's location was fantastic – really convenient for visiting many attractions. Very convenient location for shopping very comfortable rooms with plush bedding and towels. Best of all the staff are so welcoming it makes the stay so enjoyable. Had we picked this hotel. The lovely lady at the lobby tea shop was so patient and friendly.
