Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The Tokyo Skytree is right across from the hotel's entrance. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Kinshicho subway station. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room was a bit small, but the view was fantastic – the Tokyo Skytree was right there.

The facilities are mediocre, and the service attitude is poor. For three consecutive nights during my stay, there was noise or muffled thumping sounds until midnight. On the third night, it became unbearable, so I called the front desk, but no one answered. I had to go downstairs to the lobby myself. After explaining the situation to the front desk, the male staff member tapped on his keyboard a few times and then coldly replied that there was no record of the same guest being upstairs. So I asked him, "And then what?" He just repeated the same thing, "There isn't the same guest staying consecutively upstairs." At the same time, I also mentioned that the refrigerator in our other room wasn't cooling properly. His response was, "Oh, our refrigerators aren't very good." Well, that sums up the service and attitude.
