The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful. The view from our room was pretty nice.

Great location and plenty of food, shops and convenience stalls everywhere. The rooms are a very good size and just seeing the SkyTree from our room every evening is really amazing. The hotel is old but very clean. However, you can clearly hear noises from the rooms next door. For some strange reason, there was an incessant banging every morning beginning at 6.45am for about 30 minutes, which was impossible to ignore so no chance of sleeping in. It also offers a free shuttle service to the Disney Parks, but spaces are limited and they get booked up very quickly.

Convenient location for JR, tokyo metro transportation. Hotel service is attentive and responsive. When there's disruptive guests in the neighboring room, hotel front desk changed room for us immediately, even close to midnight. The hotel room remains skytree view. Great and commendable service! We checked out and we waited at lobby for our driver to pick us to airport, we asked for water from front desk at reception (lady), she said once checked out, cannot provide water🙄
