We had a wonderful two-day, one-night stay in a suite at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.
I requested a clean and cozy room, and to surprise my husband on his birthday, the hotel proactively upgraded me to a superior suite free of charge. The suite was very clean and fully amenities. There are cookies and fruits in the suites too.
The only downside was the limited selection at the hotel's breakfast.

I had a lovely two-night stay here. I wish I had the chance to try the breakfast, maybe next time. The staff were incredibly helpful and really understanding of my health condition. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I hope I can come back again soon.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge with separate shower bathtub & toilet, love the whole size mirror as well. We came to celebrate my sister birthday and they provide us birthday cake, cookies & fruits very thoughtful! Breakfast has decent choices but the service was tiptop, staf were attentive & kind when serves. The bed & pillows are fluffy and comfy and tv is big and love the couch. We had pleasant stay overall. The free cookies were amazing, my niece love it! Thank you!
What can be improve : the entrance & exit to parking is bit tight, I fear I actually hit the wall during corner. The staff @ counter should explain about the wifi, breakfast & facilities during check in. Thank you

Very comfortable room, especially newly renovated room, classy common walkway outside of room.
Very nice and comfort king size bed with big TV, fully equipped kitchen utensils and electrical appliance.
Big toilet with lots of space and a bathtub. Cool aircond, I expect no more.
Kudos to Lisa hospitality.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom which come in 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Do note that there is only one toilet.
2 TVs in total that are equipped with Netflix (1 in Living room and 1 in main bathroom)
Simple kitchen with microwave and stove which we didn't use.
They prepared plenty of drinking water in the apartment and refilled it daily. Not forgetting complimentary cookies and fruits too.
On cleanliness; overall is okay but we killed a total of 5 small cockroaches in our 5D4N stay which was a bit disturbing for us.

Here is my summary of the stay. The facilities were okay as a suite, but I have never seen worse service. The shampoo and soap were the same! Breakfast: there was nothing! There was no safety box in the room. Renovations were ongoing, so the elevator was busy or very dusty. The internet did not work with the username and password provided. And worst of all, there was loud banging at night, which ended at 8:00 AM.
