That hotel is the disgustingly nasty horrible bad conditions I ever see , people staying there looks like criminals I don’t stay I feels insecure I demand a full refund

It was still good

We booked a one night stay. It is a very old hotel but there’s no excuse on the general condition of the room. The entry door barely shut and locked. The sliding door to the balcony had to be shoved to open. There was mold on the walls and wall decor. There was a ceiling fan that the blades drooped like it had been subjected to moisture for years. The actual beds smelled musty. The sheets were stained. The cover on the box springs was nasty, brown, spotted, and stained. One headboard was hanging off the wall. The lampshades looked like they had been there since the hotel was built. Elevator didn’t work. Pool was cloudy. Let’s just say, lesson learned.

The front desk agent was nice, but the room was dirty, only had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 3 people for 2 days, asked for more but front desk said they didn’t have any more. Only 1 outlet worked in the bedroom area and it was behind the night stand and falling out of the wall. Sliding door to balcony broken and wouldn’t lock, bed was broken. Stove and refrigerator were dirty, rusted.

No one on staff 24 hours. My room door was open when I came late at night. There were crumbs on the floor and bugs and I didn’t bring any food. My door had a piece missing and you could see light thru it. The walls had spackle on them but no paint. For $225 a night I would never stay there again.

Giving this property an over all 3 because the staff was very nice and the view was spectacular. We had to book this last minute because our original accommodations were cancelled by the host last minute for no reason. The hotel is very run down and old. It has a lot of potential but the owner doesn’t seem to care about updating or maintaining the property.

Do NOT book this property it is the worse place I have ever been to. Roaches everywhere, hasn’t been cleaned in months. False advertisement with the pool photo that’s not theirs it’s the hotel beside them. Bed frame and box springs broken and not even the correct size. Random liquids in a cup left behind in the sink. No proper drain in the tub. The ceiling was drooping so bad due to flooding from the room above. People outside passed out in vehicles. Kids running around with machetes. VERY UNSAFE CONDITIONS THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OFF OF ******* ALL TOGETHER

CONTACT DIVISION OF HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS!!!!! We did not stay on the property longer then 12 minutes and were refused a refund at this time. I advise anyone to contact Border patrol, code enforcement, divisions of hotels and restaurants along with filing a suit for theft of service. This place is a scam, horrible conditions, mold, vomit, urine alllll over the entire room. Mattresses were brown. Then the staff tells you that you will be granted a refund and then denies it. Then they refuse to answer the phone. I have contacted every name listed above and have multiple pending investigations, Let’s not forget to mention the amount of ***** on the property. DO NOT STAY!!! Also the ******* will only send you a $100 credit and state that’s all they can do.

I booked this room and less then an hour later tried to move the date as i booked the wrong weekend. This weekend was prom and i hit the wring one. The hotel would not even respond to a message to even move the date let along a refund. Any response would have been curtious even if it was a no to everything . They simply ingnored me as well as the website i booked through. I sent several messages and no one would even respond. I find this very rude. I deserve at least a response. Yes, my mistake. I wanted to surprise my wife after all the stress of our daughter going through chemo and simply booked the wrong date that happened to be my sons prom.i tried to correct within 1 hr. Make sure u know who u book with some people have no sympathy. Even if they were gonna tell me no to everything i at least deserve a respone if ur gonna take my money for nothing.Terrible
