That hotel is the disgustingly nasty horrible bad conditions I ever see , people staying there looks like criminals I don’t stay I feels insecure I demand a full refund

It was still good

The air conditioning did not work. We checked in at 6pm and turned the a/c down to cool the room and left. We got back to the room around 12:30am and the room was still hot. We moved the bed closer to the a/c unit to try and cool off. Once we moved the bed we found food wrappers, baby wipes and dead bugs. The floor looked like it has not been clean in a while. We would walk from the bed to the bathroom and our feet would be black on the bottom. The refrigerator kept nothing cold. The room was absolutely filthy. There was live bugs crawling around. We could not sleep because we felt very uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay for two nights but had to check out in the morning due to a family situation. The only benefit of this stay was that we could walk to the beach due to the motel having beachfront access.

This place should not be in business, it is inhabitable. The moment you walk in you can smell the mold. Ceilings cracked and falling apart with water damage. Looked like a dump, furniture dated, dusty with paint and ceiling pieces on it. Walls peeling pain. Doors did not close properly. Place also has residents living there. Very questionable all around. While waited for a refund people would check in and check right back out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER! VERY TRAUMATIC FOR MY FAMILY AND MYSELF. HEALTH HAZZARD. MY ASTHMA TRIGGERED ALMOST INSTANTLY. HORRIBLE

Didn’t stay bad mold. Sewage backed up into sink and all over the floor. Bad mold smell. Hard to breathe. 3-4 people in office trying to get their money back.

Got to property at three ac would not cool the room. Was told they just turned it on. 5 hours later as we waited in our truck still AC never cooled the room. Blood on sheets in other family members room. Did not get to stay there. Neither of us we had to leave.

The location is right in the middle spot of what Daytona offers. The staff is VERY professional, genuine & helpful. The rooms are a bit dated BUT clean, spacious and private. I liked the vibe of the pool because the guests were engaging not snobby! The beach was a mix of busy and peaceful- again a perfect mix!it was pet friendly with rules as it should be. Great experience!

You get what you pay for. The hotel is on the beach and extremely reasonably priced. The first sign of problems occurred when we were given a 3rd-floor room and told the elevator did not work. This was not a recent event, as it looks like it has been out of service for quite some time. The rooms are old and well worn. The door to the balcony for our room did not close all the way and had to be lifted to open. Once on the balcony, you can see the Atlantic, but the AC unit in the adjacent room had been replaced with a window unit, and the frame was cut off and just left on the balcony. The bathtub had been painted, and the paint was peeling. There was a sofa in the room, but too many mysterious stains on it for me to want to sit. If you require a very cheap beach efficiency, this place fits the bill.

Staff was great, nice and helpful. Room was not clean. Floor was slick with condensation from wall AC, but at least it was ice cold in the room! Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool! Bedspreads were clearly not washed. Felt icky and smelled. Tub faucets and spouts were so rusted and jagged from years of use and being close to the salt water. Nice partial view of the ocean to help the time there. Will never stay there again.
