Facilities: The decor is very unique, though the water pressure was a bit odd. Environment: It's a 6-minute walk from Asok BTS station to the hotel. The air conditioning was super powerful, almost too cold! There's a bar right downstairs that's really popular; on Friday and Saturday nights, you even have to take a number and wait in line! I didn't get a chance to go this time, but I highly recommend it to anyone staying here. Service: The front desk exchanged two thousand in small change for me as requested.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS station. The housekeeping staff are friendly, thorough, and make up the beds well. The morning staff at the front desk are good. However, the female staff working in the afternoon and at night are very unfriendly and clearly show they don't want to work. I was given a room on the 8th floor, directly below the gym, so I could hear dumbbells dropping constantly. When I asked for a room change, they said they were fully booked and couldn't do it. There's a high-end live bar in the basement that's open until 1-2 AM. If you're assigned a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, it'll likely be noisy. When you call a taxi from the hotel, you have to drive in the opposite direction before you can turn around, which is a bit of a hassle. If you don't like that, you'll have to go out to the main road to catch one. Breakfast is delivered to the room. While the menu can be slightly varied, it's pretty much the same every day, which gets a bit repetitive.
