Our stay at Hotel Beaumanoir was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for in a way that is increasingly rare today. What truly sets this beautiful property apart is the remarkable attention to detail and the extraordinary hospitality. The owner is present on the property and personally involved, creating an atmosphere where guests feel valued rather than simply accommodated. The staff is equally outstanding—warm, professional, and always willing to go several extra miles to ensure complete comfort and relaxation. Without us even asking, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful family room, a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the spirit of kindness and generosity we experienced throughout our stay. The hotel itself is a peaceful oasis. The magnificent 25-meter swimming pool invites long, leisurely swims, while the stunning garden offers countless quiet corners to relax, read, or simply enjoy the tranquility. One of the greatest luxuries of Beaumanoir is that it allows you to feel wonderfully private and secluded while knowing that attentive assistance is always available whenever needed. Another highlight is the excellent restaurant and the hotel's refreshingly flexible approach to hospitality. Unlike many luxury properties that operate on rigid schedules, here guests can enjoy a meal, a snack, or a drink whenever they wish. Whether you are in the mood for a leisurely lunch, a late afternoon refreshment by the pool, or a relaxed evening meal, everything is arranged with effortless grace and genuine concern for guests' comfort. The location is ideal—close enough to enjoy all that Biarritz has to offer, yet removed from the crowds and noise, creating a sense of calm that is difficult to find. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations: the beauty of the property, the elegance of the surroundings, excellent cuisine, the impeccable service, and the genuine care shown by everyone we encountered. Hotel Beaumanoir is not simply a hotel; it is a rare and precious retreat. A true gem in Biarritz, combining luxury, tranquility, flexibility, and heartfelt hospitality. We leave with wonderful memories and every hope of returning again.

Excellent service Our flight was canceled and we were so upset. But the staff was absolutely wonderful and making phone calls for us and obtaining a new reservation. I can’t thank them enough.

This is the most special place. Beautiful and elegant, but also very calm and homely. They really care about their guests here; the owner and staff are exceptional - attentive and knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. We and our 4 young children were made to feel so welcome and at home. The pool area and gardens are stunning and the hotel is situated in a pretty and convenient location for exploring the Basque Country. We hope to return one day, thank you.

This was a special trip booked by my partner for my birthday. The property is absolutely exquisite and without doubt, we will return to this magical place. The bedrooms are magnificent and the dining room, lounge, bar and terrace all mirror the same - everything is so chic!! The pool area is another wow moment. We didn't see another guest during our 2 night stay, apart from check out so it felt extra special as if the whole place was ours!! The breakfast was good, but expensive nevertheless expected in a 5* hotel. I gave 4 stars, because this was a birthday stay and I thought that there might have been a welcome gesture, or card/acknowledgement but nothing was done. Considering the prestige, price and all the other finishing touches to the hotel have in place, I thought this part of guest experience was missing from our stay and it would have been the cherry on top! All in all though, we loved Beaumanior!!

Wow, what an incredible hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are wonderful too, they worked their socks off to make our stay so amazing. The location is a little out of town but for that you get peace and quiet. We’re go back there in a heartbeat. Loved it
