Very disappointing experience at Jeddah Corniche Hilton. At 3 a.m. during check-out, I asked the receptionist for a bottle of water for my 2-year-old toddler and was told to go buy it from a mini market. This lack of basic care and empathy is unacceptable and far below the standards expected from the Hilton brand

Very bad experience The hotel management suddenly decide to cut the AC on the whole building for 12 hours and all they could do is saying sorry and sending a small fruit plate. The bed is making sounds. I don't recommend going to this place.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room felt suffocating and poorly ventilated, the carpet was extremely old and dirty, and the furniture looked worn out. The air conditioning barely worked, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Service was frustratingly slow, and whenever I asked for something, I was either ignored or met with rude, unprofessional replies. To make things worse, there were no power outlets near the beds to charge my phone, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed standard. Overall, this hotel is far below Hilton quality, and I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

During my stay, I called housekeeping twice in the afternoon and was told someone would come, but no one showed up. Eventually, the bed was only made without changing the sheets. This is disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this level

Loved our stay at Hilton Jeddah. We were upgraded to the newly renovated rooms on level 5 which did not disappoint. Thank you to the reception team, Rawad, Samir and Waleed, and to the female staff on the ground floor who helped us with where to go and go - I forgot her name - but she was lovely and made our stay even better. The location is central and the view on the Red Sea is great. Would stay here again
