The hotel is very new, and the hardware facilities are excellent. The staff provide great service, and the hotel breakfast is delicious, offering both Ningbo local specialties and traditional Western pastries. The yellow croaker noodles and fruit Danish pastries are highly recommended.

The hotel is located in Ningbo's bustling Eastern New Town, just a few hundred meters from Cultural Plaza and Hankyu Department Store. The hotel's decor and design are quite distinctive, featuring a Ningbo merchant bank style. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very spacious. Both the bedroom and living room had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent natural light and views. The drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Breakfast was quite generous; I recommend the yellow croaker noodles, pan-fried buns, and pan-fried dumplings. Although I'm giving it a five-star rating, I still have two suggestions: 1. While showering, I found the shower gel was empty. I called and they brought a new bottle. I hope they can replenish it promptly in the future. 2. There are too few charging stations in the underground parking lot, and they are all slow chargers. I had to drive elsewhere to charge my car. I hope they can add more charging stations.

The hotel facilities are excellent, showcasing an old-money vibe with a design that's anything but cliché. The staff are professional and enthusiastic; a special thanks to Dora Wang and Chaney Chen for their service. The rooms are modern and spacious, with comfort evident in every detail. The view from the room is superb, offering a great CBD panorama. The hotel is located in a commercially vibrant area, with shops and amenities within walking distance.

This is a newly opened hotel. The lobby is grand and stylish, and the staff are all very friendly, proactively greeting guests. Although there was a minor hiccup during check-in, it was resolved quickly without escalating into a bigger issue. The room facilities are also excellent and very clean. I particularly liked the blackout curtains; almost no light came through in the morning, allowing me to sleep in until I woke up naturally. The breakfast was also very rich, featuring local specialty snacks and a wide variety of dishes. The fruits and juices were fresh too. What a thoughtful touch that I could even pack two coffees for the road when leaving. I will definitely come back again and hope the service standard can be maintained.

The hotel just opened in August, and I bought a promotional package during the National Day holiday, which was a great deal. The hotel environment is also very good, and the breakfast included yellow croaker noodles, which tasted delicious.

I came here after seeing the hotel's advertisement video, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The hotel's design is innovative and perfect for photos. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. They opened the car door, helped with luggage, guided us to the front desk for check-in, and then escorted us to our room. I'd especially like to commend Mr. Guan; he was very thoughtful and helpful throughout, especially since we were traveling with elderly people.

This new hotel in Ningbo is a must-visit, with its uniquely stylish public areas. I communicated my room preferences in advance and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe king room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, and the room's layout was very interesting. It's directly opposite Hankyu Department Store and within walking distance of two metro stations. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Ningbo.

The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the restaurant and front desk staff are very helpful, especially attentive, making me feel right at home. The greeters at the entrance also provided excellent and warm service. I'd like to give a special thanks to the two female staff members at the front desk who checked me in on the morning of the 29th. The first lady on the far left helped me with a late check-out and kindly brought an ice bucket when I needed ice. Katherine, the lady in the middle at the front desk, was very thoughtful with my luggage storage and even gave me a fridge magnet. Her attitude was very welcoming.

The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly made Ningbo tangyuan. Unfortunately, my child scraped a bit of skin off their toe in the swimming pool, for some unknown reason.
