There is no air con in the room! Hot at night in summer. Also there is no lift in the Jagerhaus rooms so you have to manually lift your suitcases to the second floor.

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. Everything was clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back.

Right by the Alpine lake, with lake views from the room. However, there's no air conditioning, and dinner was really bad. Definitely avoid the hotel's dinner package, and they even charge extra for water in the restaurant.

The room was tiny, quite cramped for two people, leaving no space to move around. We had to push our toiletries onto the bed to make some room. However, it was very clean, which made up for the narrowness. The breakfast baskets for bread were quite exquisite, something you don't often see in a breakfast room. A stroll in the courtyard was lovely, with the Old Swan Stone standing majestically before us after the rain.

The room was nice, though the double bed was a bit small, but then again, beds in Germany generally aren't very large. The view from the window was absolutely unbeatable. The breakfast was the best I had during my entire trip in Germany. The desserts at the bar were also quite good.

Even better than I expected! The ambiance at Neuschwanstein was incredible. Looking out the window after it snowed was absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness and service were also excellent.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location to visit castles around. Spa has a stunning view. We stayed in Jagerhouse that was the older one, you have to cross the street for a breakfast or spa, but the building itself is very nice, even on the older side. There is a spacious parking, even though it is paid - for the location and the room rate it could be included. Also, 10 eur extra to use SPA after check in seemed weird and limiting, especially because SPA isn't open till late.
