My brother's family enjoyed as hotel Cleanliness is maintained. Located I'm a busy area With nearby bus stop and MRT.
My only frustration is they are unable to change the date since there's a major changes I didn't even asks for refund. I am begging them to change the date or modify the date and timing for changes Is not peak season.
Being unconsiderate with reasonable reasons will affect the trust and loyalty between the hotel and guests.
I have emailed, called the 3rd party I booked this hotel they gave me a hard time too.

Room was impeccably clean except that we found an underwear under the bed (probably the prev guest left it behind). Hope housekeeping can be a bit more thorough. Reception upgraded our double room to triple room. Great location.

Excellent location, it’s right next to DT21 MTR station (exit A); and it is very close to CC2 MTR station. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is good. Next to Bencoolen MRT station and 5 mins walk to Bras Basah MRT station. Walking distance to eateries. Photo taken at Fore Coffee @The Cathay.
