Extremely disappointing stay and very poor value for money. The heritage room was small and the terrace was connected to other rooms, without any sort of a wall to ensure at least a bit of privacy. The double bed was not a proper double bed but rather two twin beds pushed together, leaving a large gap between them. As a result, one could only sleep comfortably by staying on their respective side of the bed. The washbasin in the bathroom wouldn’t drain properly, so water would remain there for up to an hour after use. There was very little space around the washbasin, meaning we were unable to unpack our toiletries and had to keep them in our bags instead. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was a very limited selection of food, barely any savoury options in the buffet, and the few dishes that were available from the à la carte menu were of poor quality and came in small portion size. There was also a lack of fresh fruit - for example, no berries were available, despite it being the perfect season for them in Poland. The coffee was dreadful. It was prepared in front of us using a cheap coffee machine that I would expect to find in a three-star hotel in a third-world country, not in a five-star hotel in a major EU city charging 1,200zł per night. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. On that note, while I appreciate that parking in this area is expensive, I would expect at least some form of discount for hotel guests rather than having to pay 160 zł to park in the hotel building - the same price paid by people who are not staying at the hotel. There was also no turndown service. When we left the hotel at 6:30p.m. and returned later that evening, the room had not been tidied despite our request. I would have been satisfied with this hotel had it been marketed as a three-star property and cost a quarter of what it did. I have stayed at multiple Autograph Collection hotels around the world and I have never been so disappointed - I expected way higher standard. I would definitely not recommend staying here. In fact, I would strongly advise against it.

Really nice spa, location is good - between the center and the Jewish quarter (better restraints there). Staff was polite, but nothing extra. Breakfast is big and great options to choose.

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Stradom House was one of the nicest hotels either of us had ever stayed in, and excellent value. The twin room was spacious and comfortable (although it's always disappointing not to be able to open a window). The pool/ sauna/ steam/ relaxation area is wonderful. Breakfast is excellent and extensive, although the cooking for the menu items was a bit hit and miss. Buzzy bar that seems popular with locals as well as tourists. Really helpful concierge desk. Highly recommended.

Room was very nice and everything was exceptionally clean. I wouldn’t say the staff go out of their way to ensure a delightful stay, yet they are very cordial. The building is beautiful and the whole decor is beautiful too - a mention to the spa which is truly of the highest standard. We had a wonderful stay and can’t really complain; the only recommendation I would give to the hotel is to perhaps have a few sitting areas given they definitely don’t lack space, and perhaps have the staff go more out of their way to deliver that 5 star LUX experience. But, again, this is not a criticism as the stay was fantastic. Would definitely come back if in Krakow!
