The hotel is very good for a heritage property. Although it is already 40 years old, it is still well maintained and in good condition. Guests can enjoy views of KLCC or Sunway Putra Mall/Hotel. The location is very strategic, and both the valet and bellman are very helpful and attentive.

comfortable stay for a night - bed and pillows abit soft, but its okay. hotel located near the mall (linked bridge available) and came for a talk at the convention centre nearby(its near to the hotel too! linked bridge!) = make everything so accessible.
when you are in the room - feel like that walls are not soundproof. so can kind can hear the vacuum from the top then when people talking from outside and sometime beside your room.
other than that, im satisfied that they have most things in the room - ironing, water bottle, toiletries.

Building and amenities are old. Can get crowded over the weekends for corporate events that may take up parking space. Parking is charged rm5 per stay if validated as guest. Else you can park st the open space next door and also validate for rm16. Good walking distance to subway putra.

Surprised of 5 stars level hotel and the cleanliness too bad. Towel smelly and too aged. Wish to claim back the fees if possible. While asking to change the towels, took almost 30 minutes.

. / It was a transit trip because it was a festive week, so from Melaka, stop by at this hotel before continue my trip to Perak for the next day It was my 3rd time in this hotel.
