Master House Colony KLCC

Booked this i thought i got a bargain. Was given an upgraded room which turned out to be a downgrade or just not given the right room. What was sold was something far bigger, nicer and a better quality compared to what we got which was none of those things. The shower door was missing, the towels smelt, there wasn't even space to put our suitcase so it went in the stairs well, neighbourswere loud with slamming doors and there was a washing machine with no powder or detergent.The wardrobe door was falling off and i was asked for the deposit 3 days into my stay (Leaving the next day). I was told checkout was 12 noon and then told by message it was 11:00 am then the `host' proceeded to ring the bell and knock the door at 10:00 am to get the key back even though it is a fast checkout system and you have to post the card in the office. There is a nice view from the balcony but that was about all that was nice. We also couldn't swim upstairs during our stay as it was raining and there was risk if lightening so please bare in mind if you are booking during a rainy season.

I tried to contact the host via WhatsApp on the day itself. Sent a couple messages, none was replied till I have called him. I've merely asked the question if we will be provided with the check in details after 1pm. And we may reach early before the check in timing. He asked to stick to the check in timing. But in the message, he said early check in will charge 30RM per hour. To the point, it actually got me annoyed that the management is not responsive. Which there isn't any way to reach out to him except call. Prep your deposit in cash in order to get back on the day. Throw your own garbage, it would cost you 100 rm deposit. Building wise, lift was especially slow, full of people. Our floor was at 30+, there were always inconsiderate people squeezing in, going the opposite direction. The room was overall not bad, wifi weak.

I regret to write. The worst living in room I ever found in my life. there is no room service...no drinking water, no cleanliness, no sufficient blankets for families. everything is not working.

Pros: 1. The location is good 2. Offers most of the required amenities. 3. Budget friendly. Cons: 1. However, getting assistance when needed was a bit difficult. 2. The room provided had a strong cigarette smell that remained throughout our stay, which was uncomfortable. 3. The floor where our room was located was under construction

Is a scam for this air bnb ,I have check out on 9 June ,been asking deposit ,at first ask me wait 5-7 waiting days ,after that ask me wait until 26/6,when 26/6 I message they are no bother to reply and been call many times they ignored my call ,ask trip.com to help no solution,my deposit is gone ,paid rm200 never get back ,room is cheap but they scam your deposit,no point to book here ,please becareful if you don’t want same like me ,they are scammer!!!
