XII Century Heritage Hotel

Lovely hotel in great location. Staff lovely and very helpful. It does lack some amenities. Ie no lounge or bar for for guests, but plenty of bars/ restaurants outside the door. Also no lift. We hired a car and the hotel picked us up from the parking area which was brilliant. They also respond very quickly to emails. Overall a good stay.

I stayed at the XII Century Heritage Hotel for one night in April and was impressed by its character and location. The hotel beautifully blends historical architecture with modern comfort. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and adequate amenities. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay.

Our short two night stay was great, from start to finish we were looked after, the hotel arranged our airport transfer, with the Hotel being located in a pedestrian only area we were met by a golf buggy to transport our luggage, we followed on foot (a short walk), the bar/restaurant outside the hotel had great food and drinks, good for breakfast (with a 10% discount). We were picking up out yacht charter at the ACI Marina and the hotel arranged transported us and our luggage to the Marina, with no charge. Would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean, great staff and great location

It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !

Air conditioning didn’t work and shower-tub was hard to get into with the way the glass door works. They didn’t move us, maybe some rooms have actual air conditioning. If you’re staying here call them and ask how to get to hotel because it’s in a pedestrian only zone. No elevator which is not unusual but they can help with bags if needed.

This hotel was picturesque, beautifully restored and an amazing view. Vincenzo went above and beyond to help us with our bags and transport back to the T1 parking lot. The location cannot be beat!

Lovely hotel. Fabulous staff. My room was on the top floor. No lift but apparently very close to the AC units that operate 24/7. Very noisy. Difficult to get a decent nights sleep which is a shame. I went B&B. Breakfast in bar downstairs. Coffee great but food not to my taste.

The Ac kept the room nice and cool but hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Is located outside a restaurant but no discount is given for breakfast. Restaurant had a hotel breakfast menu but it's limited
