good hotel with a moderate stuff. location is excellent only 400m away from Pudu Lrt station. but amenities was not good enough. only shower gel provided not shampoo. room service was not everyday. no one time sandle and tea or coffee. but stuff there was very much friendly and gentle. so in budget i may approve this as a value of money and couple friendly hotel.

The location is very convenient. There’s good coffee and bread on the ground floor, and there are food stalls as well as KK and 99 stores right beside the hotel.

I was happy with my stay at Hote123. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was fresh and comfortable, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city and find good food nearby. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable stay.

Hote123 is a simple but very good hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. For the price you pay, it really feels like great value. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Price manipulation tactics on subsequent booking attempt. They turned off all online room bookings and tried to force me to pay the walk in rate (which was more than double the online rate). Dishonest business practices. Do not recommend staying here.
