Belum Rainforest Resort offers a scenic retreat with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and great amenities—the infinity pool overlooking the lake was a particular standout. However, the on-site restaurant was a letdown. Half the menu was unavailable throughout our stay, the service was consistently slow, and the quality of the food was hit-and-miss, more miss then hit as the location is remote you can only have the onsite resturant food. The absolute highlight of the trip was our nature tour with Muhammad (Inn). His infectious enthusiasm and fun, engaging approach brought the rainforest to life and made the excursion truly memorable. It is a fantastic destination for nature lovers, but the dining operations definitely need improvement from service to menu items, if half of the menu is not available then update the menu please.

Our second time being here. We had a wonderful stay. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay. We were truly satisfied with the overall service and experience. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

One of the best resort we ever stayed. Room on top with balcony can see the lake. Infinity pool nice to swim as if swimming in lake... Dinner venue also quite spacious with nice ambience for chatting romantically....

The hotel and facilities are great! Cafe could be better and it would help if they had a minimart on site cos then you can get more snacks.

Overall a nice resort surrounded by nature. Clean and big room, big bathtub. However, got mild food poisoning from the breakfast at the resort.
