Very satisfied! We got a complimentary upgrade to an Indigo Prairie Snow Mountain Room in winter, and we could see the ski resort right from our room. The service was excellent, warm and attentive. Breakfast was also very generous.

Very satisfied! The lobby offers unbeatable views of the snowy mountains, the bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also excellent. We even had a snowy day, and my child got to fulfill their dream of playing in the snow right outside the door. It's only a few hundred meters walk to the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. During the off-season, there are no taxis, but if the weather is bad, you can ask the front desk to help call a car. The ladies working there are all very kind. I'll definitely recommend it to friends!

A truly heartwarming and perfect stay on New Year's Eve! Our stay at this hotel on New Year's Eve was exceptionally pleasant from start to finish. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains, which was fantastic. The New Year's Eve dinner was a buffet, featuring a wide variety of dishes including roasted whole lamb, salmon, and hot pot – we were very satisfied. Thanks to Alin at the front desk and Anna, the restaurant manager, for their warm and attentive service. They made us feel the festive spirit and the warmth of family even while we were away from home.

The hotel was incredibly luxurious, and the security guard at the entrance helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out. Amy at the front desk was very helpful, upgrading our room. The room was fantastic, with a balcony offering stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and the ski resort in the distance, and the stars twinkling in the night sky. A relaxing bath after skiing completely relieved our fatigue. Breakfast was ordered and the delivery time was specified the day before, and it was delivered to our room on time the next day. The breakfast was plentiful and tasted good.

Choosing to travel to Yili in the opposite direction during winter is definitely the right choice! By chance, we stayed at the Indigo Hotel and encountered many warm and friendly staff members. A special thank you to Lucky for the meticulous arrangements, which made our holiday unforgettable! The hotel's overall aesthetic is excellent, with stone, wood, and red brick architectural elements complementing each other perfectly. The welcome snacks in the rooms and the hot drinks in the lobby showed thoughtfulness, and the room temperature and humidity were also comfortable. The hotel meals were relatively simple during the off-season, with limited choices, but the breakfast had plenty of fruits and vegetables, and individual servings were a plus – commendable! (It's suggested that individual servings could be offered after asking guests to avoid waste.) Dinner was mainly a buffet hot pot, perfect for New Year's Eve, and good value for money! Hopefully, we can meet again at the Indigo Hotel and in the summer of Narat next time!

Narat in winter isn't as crowded as Altay, but its scenery is definitely on par with Hemu. I booked a Holiday Inn Express Narat and got an upgrade to an Indigo hotel, and the service and attention to detail were impeccable. Pulling back the curtains to face the breathtaking snow-capped mountains made it a pleasure to simply relax and unwind at the hotel. The hotel breakfast is à la carte; you can choose from the menu, write down your preferences and delivery time. It was barely light at 9:00 AM, so I enjoyed my meal while watching the sunrise from the sofa. The hotel is a 2-minute drive from the Narat scenic area. Just turn left after exiting the hotel, and turn left again at the first traffic light. The lights from the room are those of the Narat Hayensai Ski Resort. Special thanks to Lucky and Amy for contacting us in advance to upgrade my room. They greeted me at the hotel and helped with my luggage. A welcome gift was given upon check-out, demonstrating Indigo's thoughtful touches. Looking forward to seeing Indigo Narat again in the spring!

Facilities: The overall atmosphere is bright and spacious, and the room has everything you need. Cleanliness: Clean and spotless, nothing was amiss. Environment: About 1.5 kilometers from the bustling restaurant district, there aren't many restaurants nearby, but it's quiet and comfortable. The balcony offers a stunning and breathtaking view of the Narat Grassland! Service: The service was warm, friendly, and gentle. The room was exceptionally well-arranged with a wide view. Ample parking: There are surface parking lots and underground garages. Arriving at 6:30 PM, go to the scenic area to buy your self-driving ticket to avoid queuing. To enter the scenic area, scan your license plate first. Tickets are valid for 48 hours. Breakfast the next day was at the nearby Indigo Hotel. The breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality! Excellent, very filling, and extremely satisfied!
