The room was very spacious with beautiful décor. The breakfast and drinks were excellent, and the hotel also has a café where you can order food and beverages. It’s conveniently located near several cafés and Wat Phra Singh in the Old Town area.

Excellent stay at Pran Boutique. The host/owner is so sweet. They really welcome and treat you like family. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel has such a charming feel.

This guesthouse is beautiful and unique! You have to walk a little through some alleys, but it's totally manageable. The staff are super helpful and responsive to any issues. The room's decor and everything else is really special.

I absolutely loved this unique hotel in Chiang Mai. Lovely individually styled rooms , cosy, clean  & comfortable. Friendly and helpful owner and staff . This is my second stay in Chiang mai and this is definitely my preferred accommodation. I hope to stay again one day 😊

Room is very nice and comfort. Reception service is very good. Cafe downstair decoration is nice with good breakfast. One thing to note is, this place has only one parking slot in its location, however visitor can park a car in nearly 'Soi' which is less than 5 minutes walking.

The Property is Compact but Calming and Beautiful (and super clean - always). Avoid the base room category as it’s really tiny for 2 people. Our other night at their mid category (with balcony - it’s not a completely private balcony though) room’s experience was 5 Star! The electricity connection for 1 Full Day was off (due to government electrification underground pipelining work - not the hotel’s fault though) which also led to a revised breakfast schedule which closed well before the standard time (and we missed it on one of the two days of our stay). It was probably our bad luck. But we definitely would recommend this property to travelers and look forward to returning back.
