ViiA Residences by Five Senses

We are an extended 2-gen family - 4 adults and 3 young children (5-2 years old) and ViiA Residencies was perfect for our short 4-day trip to KL. The two bedroom unit with an additional mattress provided sufficient sleeping space for us and the children loved the space to play and watch TV. We loved the convenience of the connecting bridge to The Gardens/Mid-valley Megamall, avoiding the traffic jams. Though we drive two cars there, ViiA Residences could only allocate 1 parking lot charged at RM15 per day and the other car parked at Amari Hotel (same parking area, different entrance for ViiA residents) but is more expensive. Though the Abdullah Hukum LRT station is a stone’s stroll away, we didn’t travel in it. Overall, we had an enjoyable short stay at ViiA Residences and will choose ViiA Residences on our next trip.

Good location next to the station and shopping mall. It can be noisy with trains and traffic noise. 2nd room is very small and tight.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big! It looks like an apartment. It is very nice and comfortable. So you can feel at home.

The room was clean and well maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The location id excellent- connected via a sky bridge to both the the garden mall and mid valley megamall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient

Clean, comfortable and close to mid valley mall

Location is fantastic as it’s right next to Mod Valley Mall and there’s LRT. Sheltered all the way too. The apartment is big the living room area a lot of space, the bed room sizes are adequate. It has a fully equipped kitchen, has almost everything if you wish to cook. Also has a washing machine and laundry. The odd thing is they have no clothes hangers. Towels - very basic one large towel per person. Cleanliness can definitely be improved. But you can inform the reception and they are very responsive. The carpark - need to ask reception to book a parking lot the car park is large but for some reason they say there’s insufficient parking. All in all it’s a good location and a good size apartment to stay.
