Hilton Cartagena

The room is small, old, and the environment is very ordinary. It's noisy all around, and there's a strong smell of urine everywhere! The male receptionist was unfriendly and kept whispering and laughing with the people around him in Spanish whenever he saw Chinese guests, in a very strange way.

The breakfast selection was much more varied than other hotels, which I really appreciated.

It meets the standards! Nothing outstanding.

It was just okay, but the location was decent.

Environment: Very family-friendly Facilities: Playroom, swimming pool, beach, restaurant Service: The restaurant food is better than outside; the hotel's all-inclusive service is also very good.
