Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow

Had a great stay at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Cracow. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Kraków Glówny station and Galeria Krakowska, and within easy walking distance to the Old Town and main attractions. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the amenities were well thought out. Everything felt well-maintained and high quality. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options and good quality food. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel with great service—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Right from the time we arrived at the hotel to the time we checked out , we found the attention of the staff exceptional. In particular, the reception desk went up of the way to assist us . We would like to mention Arthur and Martin , both of whom took effort to explain and make our experience rewarding. The room was well kept and the amenities well maintained. There was coffee and tea making facility and topped up when requested. The breakfast was sumptuous and dining room tidy and clean. The location is unique , close proximity to to the train station and walking distance to the old town. On the whole, it was a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was very nice, the location was very good, it only takes a 20 min train ride to travel between the hotel and the airport and the hotel is very close the city centre that I didn’t even need to use public transport as long as I wasn’t going somewhere outside. Also, it’s right next to Galeria, so it’s easy to go shopping for some necessities. I had tried the hotel breakfast one morning and it had variety of options, I was very full after finishing my meal. If I visit Krakow again, I’m definitely staying here.

Everything was great! The pool area is amazing and the room service was fast and tasty. Truly a relaxing getaway. I will definitely stay here again

Was disappointed that our travel plan changed soon after we booked. The establishment stick to their nonrefundable policy strictly even thought it has many months to accept new booking. Unlike other hotel in Warsaw and Copenhagen, they allowed to cancel without penalty.

Nice hotel at a central location, the main sights are easily accessibe by few minutes walk. The breakfast selection is great, my room was spacious too. The only negative I can say is that there is no iron and ironing board in the rooms even upon request. You need to go down to the -1 and use the ironing room, I felt this inconvenient.
