Show More ReviewsAs expected of a project by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the plant life was indeed abundant. The downside was the sheer number of people at the entrance, and the entire park was packed with people and cars; it felt like every place charged extra. Tickets were required, and once inside, there were queues for various types of vehicles. Only a small train and a small announcement explained the attractions, and you had to board a different vehicle for each attraction. Even the giant water lilies required a fee for photos. Perhaps because of the rain, it felt like I couldn't even get a proper overview.
