Great location in Shibuya (though it's a 15-minute walk or bus ride). They provide a yukata for the onsen, excellent toiletries in the bathroom, and towels are changed daily. There's free cold and hot water, tea, and coffee. A Lawson convenience store is right nearby. The staff are very responsive. It's very quiet and clean, I recommend it.

I didn't like anything at all. First off, it's not 1 km from Shibuya to the hotel, but 1.6 km and uphill. When you're carrying a heavy backpack, that really makes a difference. Secondly, nowhere does it say that the stairs between floors are outside, and the shower is only in the bathhouse. So, you wash your hair on the second floor or warm up in the sento, then walk back to your room via cold outdoor stairs. The sento itself is also cold, and there's a draft from the window. But there's no other option to wash up. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, the lockers are small, and luggage just sits in the room. There's no staff at the hotel from 10 PM until 4 PM the next day, so if you need anything, there's no one to ask. I was given a worn-out, lucky sheet, and the power outlet in my capsule didn't work.

I was woken up a few times by the footsteps and noises of my roommate, but that's pretty common, right? Still, it was my first time here, and I was able to relax by myself. The bath was spacious and warmed me up, and I really enjoyed the tatami lounge. It was so comfortable that I stayed in the lounge until the very last minute. I'd like to stay here again.

It's decent. I stayed here for a concert with a group of all women. There's a laundry room downstairs. If you don't mind a bit of noise, it's quite a good deal for the price.

The deciding factor for me was the large public bath! Thank you for your hospitality.

It was my first experience staying in a capsule hotel. I was lucky because the room I was allocated was quiet and tidy. There are 8 capsules in the room. You get a locker space which is the size of a carry-on bag and shoes. The capsule is small, but big enough for changing clothes and organising my stuff. I loved the big bathroom. I came back to the hotel around 3 am, and I could use it just by myself!

Perfect for a solo trip! They provide yukata, and it's a traditional Japanese bathing experience. The public bath has showers and a soaking tub, which is great. It might be a bit inconvenient during your period, though. Good value for money for a solo traveler.
