"The room smelled a little smoky but it wasn’t a strong scent. There were many free amenities like toothbrushes, mouthwash, soap etc + coffee/tea and they provided clean towels daily. The location is like an hour away from areas like Shibuya, but in an easy location if you want to access Tokyo Disney Parks. Overall, it is a good and affordable option. It also was quite clean and has convenient baggage storage. It’s also like 4 min away from the subway."

"I had a great stay at 9Stay Ueno Iriya. The location is very convenient—just one metro stop from Ueno—making it easy to get around. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I can also feel that the owner has put real heart into preparing the space, from the thoughtful setup to the small details. The pre‑check‑in communication was clear, and the owner was responsive to all my questions. There’s no lift, but it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall, very good value for money."

"1. The hotel is relatively new and offers self check-in, but there are also staff members available to assist, which is great! The room is spacious enough for three large suitcases, no problem. The bed is big enough for two people, and each person gets two pillows, very comfortable! 2. You can walk to Asakusa, but it's a bit of a distance, and similarly, it's also a bit of a walk from the train station. So, I chose to walk 10 minutes to catch a bus to Nippori Station, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. Plus, I got to enjoy the scenery and flowers along the way."

"Room maybe small for two but functional, recommend booking a room for individual if you want space Location is not the most ideal, but Asakusa station is a short enough walk, with more restaurants near Sensoji  Amenities are basic, contains coin laundry and dryer, communal microwave and vending machine. Free lounge at level 2 if you need to get work done or relax, free flow drinks in there until closing, just note there is no private booth for sensitive work"

"The hygiene and the surrounding area are good, and the transportation is very convenient. The shared bathrooms and toilets generally don't require a long wait. However, the room is quite small, with each of the two beds being only about one meter wide, and the gap in between is too narrow for a person to pass through. The walls are also not very soundproof; you can hear your neighbor's phone ringing."

"Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and really well maintained. There are actually two buildings under the same hotel name, about five minutes apart, so make sure you’re booked into Hotel 11‑1 or 11‑2 for the best experience. One really convenient feature is the laundry setup — you can wash your clothes in the machine, and then use the shower room as a drying space. It takes around eight hours, but it works well and saves you the trouble of finding a laundromat. The place has pretty much everything you need, making the stay super comfortable. I’d definitely consider coming back next time! ."

"It’s a bit far from Ikebukuro Station, at least a 10 minute walk, however it’s convenient and basically a big straight. The hotel is fully self-service form, did not see any staff. Never think of checking-in a little earlier to drop off your suitcase and go shopping afterwards. Because he has no place to put his suitcase at all, no one will look at your luggage, and because of the self-service format, you cannot check-in early. Check-out is the same, no temporary luggage. This is quite inconvenient for friends who have to shop. The room is not big, but the basic facilities are complete, although it is said to clean the room once every two days, but it turns out to have to fill out another form application on Google, really troublesome. There is no lift. This time I live on the 4th floor. The stairs are narrow. It is inconvenient to carry a suitcase up the stairs. The room has a washing machine for easy washing.
