2-Star Hotels in Tokyo

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Yodobashi Camera, offering plenty of electronics, and the mall has a wide variety of food and goods. However, the hotel itself is a bit too small. There are no common areas for working or handling other tasks. It's similar to a capsule hotel, so the beds are very small and narrow – there isn't even space to open a suitcase, which is inconvenient for women, especially those with a lot of belongings. On the plus side for women, the bathroom shower amenities are very comprehensive and work well; there are even lotions, which is a thoughtful touch. My bed curtain had some dirty spots, but the hotel seems to be cleaned daily, meaning they tidy up your belongings. Still, it's just too small. I understand the bed is small, as it's just for sleeping, but other storage spaces are also tiny. The most crucial point is the lack of common areas. I hope the hotel can reconsider its layout.

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while attending the DAY6 ”THE DECADE” concert at Keio Arena Tokyo. The location is very convenient, as it is close to both the train station and bus stops. There is even a bus route to Keio Arena, which is located within the same complex as Ajinomoto Stadium. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's no need to worry if you're not fluent in Japanese, as some of the staff can communicate in English. The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel also has a laundry room equipped with several washing machines and dryers. Guests can use a shared kitchen with cooking utensils if they prefer to prepare their own meals, as well as several microwaves, toaster ovens, and a drinking water dispenser. The shared common room was also very cozy and relaxing—I almost fell asleep there! What I especially appreciated as a Muslim traveler was the availability of a prayer room complete with a wudu (ablution) area. Although I personally chose to pray in my room because it was a bit inconvenient to go back and forth between the 5th and 2nd floors for each prayer, I truly appreciated that this facility was provided. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially to concertgoers attending events at Keio Arena or Ajinomoto Stadium, as well as Muslim travelers looking for accommodating facilities.

Good price for a capsule within walking distance of a JR station that reaches ikebukuro and Shinjuku pretty fast. Even has an onsen and sauna! Has a chill area to read manga and buy beer also. Staff also friendly and speaks English which is good to not get lost Only downside is the baggage area is quite messy and feels a bit dirty

Four of us shared a room, and we were all very considerate, so there was no noise. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was a bit simple, but the location was fantastic, and they even offer luggage storage!

The staff were friendly and nice, but you have to go to a separate building to use the bathhouse. Keep in mind that this is a hostel (meaning it's a dormitory-style accommodation).

Last time the bath was too hot to use, but this time the temperature was just right and very enjoyable. I'm very satisfied! The food was average. The price was also very affordable and excellent. I'd love to stay again.

The bathroom and toilet are extremely inconvenient. There's no space to move around, and the shower is right inside the toilet area. The toilet is also directly in the room, so everything happening in there is very audible, and then some. Overall, it's just uncomfortable. The room was cold, and the air conditioner was very noisy and dried out the air. No matter how you adjust it, it will blow directly on you. Overall, it's a very old hotel, although they do maintain cleanliness. It has a Japanese style. I wouldn't stay here again, but the location is excellent. If there are no other options, I would recommend it.

I checked in the night before CM107 Day 2. For just over 100 per night, and with its super convenient location for taking the Seagull to Odaiba (or the Monorail to the airport), the price is definitely unbeatable. The subway Daimon Station is right downstairs, along with convenience stores. Staff service made check-in easy. The bed was quite firm, which I actually found comfortable after not sleeping well on soft beds the previous two nights. There's a light inside the capsule, but only one two-pin socket, which was a bit insufficient.

It is close to Haneda airport and train station. There is sento nearby. The bed was comfortable, and it is easy to navigate. Toilets are clean. However, there is only one shower on floor one, which can be inconvenient if crowded. Shoes are all over the floor because the area left to the entrance is stuffed with laundry and tools. The shower is messed in mold. Moreover, people keep coming and going all evening and night making it problematic to sleep. There are no earplugs. Walls are thin and despite warning some guests keep endlessly talking and use loudspeaker (mainly foreigners), I don’t even mention snoring. The lock is the most annoying it always beeps and clicks. My 101 bed was the closest to the entrance making it problematic. So, I don’t think I will stay there again. Better find a more quiet spot.

The condition is better than I expected, it's easy to get to Asakusa, and you can walk to the subway in less than 5 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby and convenience stores such as Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven are located within 5 minutes. First of all, the private bathroom is not in the room. It's outside. We used the second floor and were in rooms 201 and 202. If there are two rooms, there are two toilets and two bathrooms outside, which are used exclusively for the room. I don't have any pictures, so I'll just post a picture of the bathroom. It was nice that each item was separate. There aren't any downsides, but the owner was a bit harsh but not unfriendly. Still, I had a good stay. For 3 nights and 4 days And one thing is that the door is locked after 12 o'clock!!! Please note this! Have a nice trip to Japan everyone😆
