"Very good location close to a subway station, with a nearby subway exit also having a lift, so luggage isn’t a problem. But you are better off going across the road, perhaps a 4-min walk, to the Marriott Courtyard close by where there is the airport bus stop which can take you to Haneda and Narita. Breakfast variety is limited; you can select a choice of Jap or Western Main, along with a few other buffet options. Room size is ok. Public bath’s pool is small but definitely not the smallest I have seen. Different staff to communicate with you in the usual foreign languages."

"Really liked it VERY convenient as they have a bus straight to the hotel itself, and going back to NRT airpor. Only ick I have is the hour commute back and forth if you want to go to Tokyo and explore it's regions but overall I really liked my stay Accomodation of the room is very nice have your own personalized bathtub and the bed was very comfortable I was able to sleep peacefully. The cafe at the main lobby really helped in terms of eating breakfast and the two Lawson's downstairs are really great! The washing machine also was good and you can check the status and availability of said machines In your hotel TV!"

"The room size was just right for one person; I could easily open my 24-inch suitcase. The location was relatively quiet, seemingly in an office area, so it wasn't too noisy at night. There were two convenience stores nearby, and it wasn't far from the tram stop. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay."

"This hotel was a fantastic find! The large public bath on the second floor was super convenient, making it unnecessary to shower in the room and keeping the room dry. A 14.8 sqm room was perfectly adequate for one person. All rooms face south, so the futons get sun exposure daily, and you can open the windows for ventilation, which is a big plus. The mini-fridge has an on/off switch, so you can turn it off to reduce noise and energy consumption if you don't need it. The room was brand new and odor-free. If you don't leave your room before 10 AM, they won't clean it that day, but you can leave your trash bin outside your door for staff to empty. No water is provided in the room, but there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven within 10 meters downstairs. On the first floor, you can self-service toiletries, tea bags, and ice cream bars. Electric bicycles are available for rent at the entrance. Getting to Tokyo and Shinjuku is easy, but make sure to take the rapid or limited express trains on the subway, as the local trains that stop at every station can be a bit of a drag. For 390, the room rate includes breakfast and two hot spring baths a day. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station. The east exit has Takashimaya, while the west exit has Sogo and 0101 (with a large Montbell on the first floor where you can get tax refunds). There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Windsor Racket is about 10 meters to the left in front of the hotel, though they don't have many new arrivals. Inside the station, you'll find Lumine and Lumine 2, which includes Beams. Isomaru Suisan is just 50 meters outside the west exit of the station. Omiya is also a Shinkansen station, making it very convenient to go north to Karuizawa. It only took about an hour from the hotel to the Karuizawa Outlet. The station itself is huge and often sells delicious and reasonably priced local strawberries, tomatoes, and apples. There's also a branch of the famous Sembikiya strawberry cream sandwich shop inside the station. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying, mainly Japanese-style with plenty of soups and dishes. The value for money is exceptional. They also offer unlimited free takeaway coffee every day. I feel like this is the most cost-effective hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Staying for a full week costs about the same as one night in the city. It's an absolute steal!"

"This hotel is conveniently located near Shinagawa Station, which was perfect as I was taking the Odoriko train from there the next day! The newly opened Newoman mall is right across the street, but I didn't have time to explore it this trip. There's also a Montbell store about a ten-minute walk away, and plenty of yakiniku restaurants nearby. Overall, highly recommended!"

"This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a two-minute walk across the street from Shinagawa Station. It's incredibly convenient, quick, and affordable to get to Haneda Airport from here. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of dining options and shops. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the lobby staff are all very polite and courteous."
