Taking a taxi from IST Airport cost 650 lira. The hotel has a gym and a game room, which is great value for money as a transit hotel at this price point.

The website doesn't give full description of charges. It refers a free shuttle to and from airport. But once you book, it sends your confirmation and in that email it mentions that the shuttle service is 30 Euros one way. It is very fraudulent and misleading the customer. I booked only because of free shuttle service. So I lost my money on the booking as I did not stay at the hotel.

A good hotel with all facilities you would expect of a hotel, our tv did not work, but no one uses a tv on holiday anyways. Great food too

If you are transitting and need literally .a bed and hot shower this hotel is fantastic. Very helpful staff re taxis to airport. BUT if you are thinking at all of venturing out to Sultanahmet be aware. Metro is a 40 min walk away. Took 2 buses that took an hour and a half and it was not rush hour. Great hotel.

I arrived on 29 December 2025 at around 12:00 a.m., and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I was assisted by a staff member named Ata, who was extremely helpful—especially when I realized I had misplaced my phone in the car that i booked. He kindly helped me communicate with the contact centre and my driver. It was truly a pleasant experience in Türkiye, made even better by such wonderful staff and a great hotel. Given its convenient location near the airport, I will definitely book the same hotel again on my next visit.
