Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel

The hotel is quite old. The soft furnishings in the room were relatively clean and tidy, but the sliding door in our room was a bit wobbly. However, the air conditioning was excellent. We were in Chengdu for two days, and both days were scorching hot with high temperature warnings by 10 AM. Breakfast was decent; not super elaborate but it had a coffee machine and some pastries. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel served pretty good food.

My stay at Chengdu Richeng Mingren Hotel was fantastic! The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they even upgraded my room. The room was clean and quiet, and the thoughtful butler service was a great touch. Highly recommended!

This was a pretty good experience overall 👍. The hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. There's a robot dancing in the lobby, which is also decorated with fresh flowers. The location is convenient, close to the subway exit. All in all, very good!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Metro Line 1 and right next to Wenshu Monastery. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding and bathroom facilities are very clean. Some areas, like the carpets and air conditioning vents, could use a bit of improvement. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, which explains why many foreigners choose to stay here – it's great value for money. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Ms. Chen Liqiao, in particular, went above and beyond by adding me on WeChat and proactively and patiently providing travel and dining recommendations. Her service was truly heartwarming. Next time I visit Sichuan, this will be my top choice for accommodation in Chengdu.

There's a metro station (Lines 1 and 4) nearby, and the public areas are well-maintained, offering a quiet and elegant environment. The lobby has fresh flowers, and all the facilities are well-kept, showing great care in their maintenance. What truly impressed me the most was the genuine service from the staff. It wasn't just rigid politeness; their actions were thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend this hotel for both short trips and business travel.
