陪伴82歲媽媽到吉隆坡旅遊，入住麗思卡爾頓酒店，第一晚入住周邊的酒吧非常吵鬧，令人無法入睡，老母親是整夜無眠。第二日清晨分別與酒店和攜程聯繫，攜程和酒店都分別回覆了會給我們調整房間，下午3：30給我們辦理調整房間，客户經理親自道歉，攜程客户也來電話詢問落實情況。在攜程訂房真是令人安心、放心、暖心。

A luxurious stay just off the busy city centre of Bukit Bintang, the rooms are huge and comfortable, modern and clean enough despite the age. Club service is attentive, even though the food is just average.

We were told that we got free upgraded to executive rooms but unfortunately the room is quite small. We have been staying here before but this time the room is smaller , whereas the receptionist telling us we have been upgraded to executive room.
Overall , this stay is not a good experience.

位置很好，到Pavillion走路幾分鐘，離雙子塔也不遠。早餐很不錯，超喜歡沙拉區，各色蔬菜水果堅果特別新鮮👍

必須五分好評，大品牌就是不一樣，這次來吉隆坡選擇麗思卡爾頓酒店真是明智，酒店位置優越去哪裡都方便，主要是服務好，酒店奢華裝修風格獨特，房間乾淨整潔服務很貼心，每天都有服務員過來打掃衞生補水也及時，酒店的泳池也很舒服，下次來吉隆坡還會住這裏。

早飯非常豐盛，居然出現了排隊盛況，感覺可以慢慢吃好幾個小時聊事情

酒店很豪華，服務絕對一流，就是有點年份設施有點老舊。房間還算大，浴室也很大很漂亮，早餐基本都是東南亞菜系，可能會吃不習慣。酒店離柏威年很近，逛街很方便
