Stayed there nights with my family . Beautiful cave room with excellent  location with breathtaking view with gorgeous sunset view. Generous and good selection for breakfast. It’s situated on the top of the cliff with caldera view, more friendly to those who presenter steps . Highly recommended!   Unfortunately, the photos upload function doesn’t work and I am unable to share any.

We had great time at this resort. The lady in front desk was super nice! Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful pool. The only thing we didn’t expect is jacuzzi being outside of room with other people when it says private. You have jacuzzi assigned to your room but you next to other people. A little misleading room description for vanilla room.  We also would like to bring to staff attention do not be so serious. We don’t know if it was your security guy on front desk in evening, but he treated us as we were not guests. Then yelled that we are not allowed to take pictures on hotel territory when everyone else were doing it. We were so confused. This really killed our mood that night. Don’t do this to your guest and don’t yell at people regardless. Very disappointed behaviour

The service was excellent! I received a complimentary room upgrade, and the steak dinner at the restaurant is definitely worth trying. Our return flight was late, and they kindly allowed us a free late check-out until 1 PM, which was a huge convenience. A very satisfying experience overall!
