I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I especially loved the location, which suited me perfectly, and the balcony was a wonderful bonus.
One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was. Despite being near a street, there was no noticeable noise, so there’s absolutely no need to worry about that.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would particularly like to highlight the parking garage security staff member who assisted with guiding cars while parking. He was incredibly courteous and attentive—truly outstanding service.
As for a point of criticism: the elevators contain automatic air freshener sprays, similar to those typically found in restrooms. In my opinion, this is unnecessary and not well thought out. When the spray activates while you’re inside the elevator, it can end up spraying directly onto your clothing, which is quite unpleasant.
Aside from that issue, everything else—especially the bed and the room overall—was excellent.
