The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin

I brought my girlfriend to The Ritz-Carlton Harbin for her birthday. I had only booked a standard room, but Yuki ensured we experienced exceptional service even before check-in. I feel incredibly lucky to have met Yuki, who is around my age. From our very first conversation, she patiently listened to all our trivial stories about what kind of birthday we wanted to celebrate. She never seemed bothered; instead, she genuinely paid attention. Her understanding and empathy made us feel less like guests and more like friends whose voices truly mattered. Knowing it was for my girlfriend's birthday, she quietly upgraded us to an Executive room, making the entire experience much more spacious and comfortable. When we opened the door and saw the two exquisite swans, I suddenly understood what 'thoughtfulness' truly means. The handwritten card, the printed photo together – every detail wasn't part of a standard procedure; it was her genuine effort to help us turn this trip into an unforgettable memory. She also thoughtfully arranged a late check-out for us, allowing us to stay a little longer, making us feel truly at home and well taken care of. I used to think luxury hotels were all about top-notch facilities and stunning views. This time, I realized that what truly makes a hotel memorable is having someone who is willing to listen, understand, and treat you like family returning home. Thank you, Yuki, for being such an understanding and empathetic contemporary, and for going above and beyond to give us the warmest birthday experience. I wish Yuki all the best in her work and hope she always keeps that warmth.

The hotel offers a spectacular view of the Songhua River. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The staff provides excellent service.

Traveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, choosing The Ritz-Carlton Harbin Fuli was absolutely the right decision! Our two-night stay was comfortable and worry-free from start to finish. The high-rise lobby is grand and welcoming, and our room was spacious, bright, with an amazing view. The indoor temperature was perfect, so we didn't have to worry about the cold Northeast weather at all. The service was thoughtful and impeccable; staff members proactively helped with luggage and took care of the elderly and children. Their responses were prompt, making us feel respected and valued. The facilities were clean and high-end; the bathroom and bedding were of excellent quality. The seniors felt secure, and the children loved it too. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the surrounding area was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was quiet and stylish. It's truly ideal for a family stay; the seniors were comfortable, and the children were happy. Our entire family was very satisfied, making it our top choice for accommodation in Harbin!

The room layout was really comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night. The hotel room service was exceptionally friendly; they even laundered two of my child's clothes for free and gave us a nail clipper set shaped like Russian nesting dolls. The Songhua River is right downstairs, and my child loved the Harbin red sausage pizza from room service. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Harbin!

I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous before checking in. However, my stay turned out to be fantastic! Everything from the service, hardware, and breakfast, to the gym (all Technogym equipment!), and the excellent quality of the pastry at breakfast, met all my expectations. I'm very satisfied, especially with the superb service!

Had a great experience! The high floor offered fantastic views, overlooking the beautiful Songhua River. The room's color scheme was elegant, and it was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and tidy. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
