雖然叫公寓，卻是酒店管理模式，有前台有room service，有一次性的洗漱用品，甚至還有每天打掃房間服務！
眾所周知，國外人工費很貴，一般的公寓民宿，連續入住都是不提供每日房間清潔的，個人用品更是不會提供，而Sfera都有！~對於我來説，在外旅行暴走了一天，疲憊的回到酒店，看到整潔乾淨的房間和床品🛏️，是真的會開心舒心的多~
我的房型是雙卧（一大一標）三衞帶廚房和浴缸🛁，可以兩代人一起住。在樓下KK買點半成品，用微波爐或者烤箱（酒店自帶）加熱，就可以在房間享用。電梯需要房卡，所以點外賣會放到一樓（G）前台的外賣架，不像國內有機器人送餐，需要自己下樓取。退房後前台也能行李寄存，不過前台是值班輪崗制，經常沒人，急事搖鈴後，才會有人走出來哦😐
酒店的泳池在5樓，健身房在頂樓（S層），從早上8點到晚上10點刷房卡都可以進，很大很乾凈。泳池還分小童區和深水區，健身房有露台可以直接拍到雙子塔或電視塔，出片角度絕佳~親子游實在太合適了。
雖然説臨近雙子塔，但其實步行還是挺遠的。步行到地鐵（輕軌）站5分鐘；打車的話，到Klcc或者金河廣場十幾分鍾（20元左右），個人感覺已經很方便了。旁邊就是Summer suits也有公寓，但一分價錢一分貨，隔壁是私人房東，這裡是酒店，對比過就知道貴有貴的道理[強]

酒店位置不錯，離雙子塔步行大概十幾分鍾，房間很大。但是由於到酒店時間是凌晨5點過，沒有提前預約酒店，等了很久前台才有工作人員來辦理入住。
