I check-in with my husband on 24/10 for a 4 days 3 nights staycation to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. To our surprised We were given a free upgrade to a premium petals pool view room. It's because we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. The moment we step in we are surrounded by friendly and helpful resort staff. That warm and friendly atmosphere. Buggy is within 5mins deploy to your room and 24hr. F&B is great especially the morning breakfast. Special mention to the japanese restaurant UMi. Quality of food is great. We ate at the restaurant everyday. Great food and friendly staff. We was given a complimentary piece of cake to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you UMI

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Thank you Lexis Hibiscus team for making this such an enjoyable and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Checked-in and out was efficient and fast. Room cleanliness was acceptable, amenities was great and linen/towel was good. Our villa facing sea and it came with evening cocktail. Breakfast selection was good, but food quality was below standard. Buggy service was great/ efficient and in operation for 24 hours.

Is a place that for sure will return. Love the warm greetings from all people. Even though there's careless mistakes about the cleanliness of the pool, they managed to get someone to really look into it. Foods portion are big, and there's a japanese restaurant too.
Hope that the lobby shop have more items and stocks up ready for the guests. We look for few items the staff reply no stock and finished. (Isn't it the same)
The singers in the satellite bar are professional and talented. They can sing many songs in different languages.

such a nice short getaway from KL to PD! the services is excellent too! love the vibes and friendly staff and surely to come again. just that this location is a bit far from town but overall still no issue as there are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby!

My girlfriend and I are on a trip together from Russia to Singapore, then to Malaka, then to Malaysia: Port Dickson, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai. Your hotel was only on our itinerary for one day, but that day was awesome and definitely left us with pleasant memories! We took a ride in the car around the entire hotel, had a delicious meal at the nearest seafood restaurant. We swam in the pool, watched a fire show, and had a delicious breakfast. Thanks!
