When we arrived the hotel and there is some maintenance work going on, they gave me an upgrade to another one which is near by. The staffs are very helpful and even help me to book the bus tickets. Very helpful as a tourist.

Perfect location, really friendly staff, great rooms, and a lovely rooftop terrace with city views. We loved everything about this place. It's a bit pricier than other spots in this area, but absolutely worth every penny. Truly fantastic.

A perfect little boutique hotel. I had a wonderful two days in Lisbon. The location was a bit hard to find, in an alley in the Alpha district of the old town. The staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms were small but exquisitely decorated.

Alpha district, near the cathedral, except for the Bolt hotel if you are going from the station or airport with luggage, you can walk to other places for shopping.
