The stay was overall okay. The only thing is I was given a wrong room initially (deluxe king) while i actually booked for deluxe suite.. i rang the front desk and immediately get to change to correct room. Have i not complaint, i would end up staying in a cheaper room when i have paid for a higher one.

The hotel is of good location surrounded by convenient facilities. Walkable distance to many restaurants- western and local restaurants can be found with good variety.

I am a regular customer at this hotel, and I always stay here whenever I return from overseas. However, this is the first time I have felt unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed with the hotel.
I checked in around midnight and planned to sleep in the next morning. Early in the morning, someone kept ringing the doorbell and said, “Delivery.” When I opened the door, two men informed me that they were there to service the smoke detector. I was not informed of any scheduled maintenance in advance, and I had no idea how long the servicing would take.
I called the front desk to confirm whether they had sent anyone to service the smoke detector, and they said yes. I am puzzled as to why I was assigned this room if the hotel was already aware that maintenance would be carried out early in the morning.
This incident unfortunately disturbed my rest and affected my overall stay experience. I sincerely hope that better communication and scheduling can be implemented in the future to avoid similar inconveniences for guests.

環境挺好的，然後前台的服務態度也是很好，就是房間裏面是不帶拖鞋的，需要自備拖鞋還有水，我是一個人旅行感覺還是挺不錯的，也比較安靜，三樓還有娛樂場所，早餐也是很不錯的，連續住了三天，還是很推薦的一家酒店
